12 and half tips on how to approach a child that has an eating disorder

Has your child started distancing themself from you? Do you know they have a problem but are becoming withdrawn? And you keep wondering what’s wrong but don’t know how to help them. Maybe they have an eating disorder, maybe they’re depressed, or maybe it’s something else entirely.

I was there. I experienced this. And my parents experienced this. That is way I would like to give some advice to parents on how to approach a child in this situation, as a child who experienced this.

I know you’d like to help and don’t want your child to become even more closed off. That’s why I’m here to give you 12 and a half tips on the does and don’ts to prevent this.
